Delete your English Exam Pro account

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

1. Open the English Exam Pro app, or sign in at app.englishexampro.in.
2. Tap your photo in the top corner to open Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

No longer have the app? Email support@englishexampro.in from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will schedule the deletion for you.

You have 30 days to change your mind

Asking to delete your account closes it straight away, but nothing is destroyed for 30 days. Sign in again within those 30 days and tap Restore my account, and everything comes back exactly as you left it. After 30 days it is deleted for good and cannot be recovered.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email and phone number), exam profile, practice and mock history, progress, bookmarks, notes and any active plan.

What is kept

Nothing in English Exam Pro. If you ever paid, our payment provider keeps its own record of that payment, as the law requires of it.
